Maintenance Employees are on duty from 7:00AM to 3:00PM Monday – Friday, and on-call for physical EMERGENCIES 24/7/365, call (941) 721-8888. Regular Office business is conducted Monday – Friday, May through October 9:00 AM to 12:00PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00PM, and November through April 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Management may be on-site at any time and appointments are preferred outside of regular business hours. Your call will be forwarded to a LIVE ANSWERING SERVICE after office hours. You may call the regular office phone number at any hour of the day or night for urgent physical matters. For emergencies, dial 911.
